Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jina Elias Talj ("we", "us") governing your use of the MindBloom : Brain Garden mobile game (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or

legal guardian, to use the App.

• By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You may play as a guest or create an account. Guest progress is saved only on

your device and may be lost if you reinstall or switch devices.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for

activity that occurs under your account.

• You may delete your account at any time from Profile -> Delete Account.

Deletion permanently removes your progress and is not reversible.

Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Virtual items and purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable items (such as

coins) and a one-time non-consumable purchase to remove ads.

• Coins, lives, energy, and other in-game items are virtual. They have no

monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may not be transferred, sold, or combined outside the App.

• Purchases are processed by the app store (Apple or Google), charged to your

store account, and are final except where a refund is required by law or by the app store's policies. Refund requests are handled by the app store.

• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, manage, or remove

virtual items, and we may change game balance, prices, and rewards to keep the game fair and sustainable. We will not remove a non-consumable entitlement you purchased (such as ad removal) without a lawful reason.

Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ad content comes from advertising partners and is subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or modifications;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where

permitted by law;

• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or

other players' accounts;

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The App, including its artwork, characters, audio, text, and software, is owned by Jina Elias Talj or their licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except the limited licence above.

Changes to the App and the Terms

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jina Elias Talj will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

App store terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). Where these Terms conflict with an app store's terms regarding purchases or distribution, the app store's terms control for that subject.
